Emergency Approaches In Vascular Injures: Wealthy-Poverty Surgery

Abstract
It was tried to determine the mistakes in daily practice which plays a significant role in lifethreatening vascular injuries. The discussion of the subject was based on a case. The case, operated in another hospital due to iliac vessel injury, was transferred to OUT elinic with a drain in the external iliac vein which was 21 cm in length. The patient had not been cured with any anticoagulant. The surgical approach saves the life in the emergencies. However, alternative surgical approaches should be kept in mind. The education, experience of the surgeon and the conditions of the environment are the factors, determining the success.
