Abstract
Fatal two suicidal cases caused by modobemide and serotoninergic drug ingestion: Were they serotonin syndromes? The serotonin syndrome may be presented with the symptoms confusion, agitation, diaphoresis, tachycardia, myodonus, and hyperreflexia, hypertension, coma/unresponsiveness, seizures, and even death. It is caused by serotoninergic hyperstimulation, In this paper two fatal suicidal cases caused by modobemide and serotoninergic drug ingestion interpreted to be serotoninergic syndrome and theyare discused in the light ofliterature.
