A rare cause of syncope: Cor triatriatum

Abstract
Cor triatriatum sinistra (CTS) is seen as a rare congenital cardiac anomaly. The orifice diameter on the membrane dividing left atria and pulmonary artery pressure are important determinant in the clinical course. The patients usually come symptoms with mimicing the mitral valve stenosis during young adult. We diagnosed exist of CTS as a structurel heart disease at 17-year old young woman with syncopal attack. We presented in this case KTS rarely cause of the syncope etiology as structurel heart diseases.
