Abstract
Machaerium schleroxylon commonly grows in East India, West India, Cava, Ceylon and Brasil. It is called pelesenk in our country. It is commonly used in interior architecture, decorative furnitures, flooring, cabinet making and furniture coating. Pelesenk is a very hard wood that causes sistemic contact dermatitis. This case series evaluates six contact dermatitis that were exposed to pelesenk grinding powder for the first time in the same factory.
