Abstract

Mad honey is specific to Blacksea Region in our country includes grayanotoxin that causes poisoning. Poisoning with that honey often goes with bradicardia and hypotansion, at the same time animal experiments point to hepatoxicite of it. In this text, we intend to call attention to mad honey, that it could be diagnosed with clinical suspiciousness and careful history in the non-fixable (idiopathic) toxic hepatic events by surving 43 year-old hepatoxic patient with sweating and gastrointestinal problems after eating mad honey.
