Abstract

Hypothermia, accompanied with various electrocardiographic changes, is defined as the fall of body temperature below 35ºC. Different electrocardiographic changes and clinical findings can be seen by the severity of hypothermia. Prominent electrocardiographic evidence is J (Osborn) wave. In this case presentation, we report an unconscious patient seen at emergency department located in a warm city and significance of electrocardiographic finding following initial physical examination and evaluation.
